With their expertise and their extensive international experience in the fields of safety in maritime business and industry, the initiators of this project and the Osita training center planned two training centers:

Safety cluster : As Morocco lacks specialized training programs in safety and in order to establish HSE culture (Health Safety Environment) in Morocco, Osita provides BOSIET / HUET and OPITO certified diploma training courses ( Offshore Petroleum Industry Training Organization) for the offshore marine working community wishing to acquire

a diploma certified internationally, enabling them to work nationally or abroad.

Morocco, having the chance to be surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea, is experiencing intense maritime activity in the area of fishing with all its fishery resources as well as in the naval field and maritime transport thanks to its strategic location offered by the Strait of Gibraltar and the Moroccan Atlantic coast in international maritime traffic. Morocco is on the white list of the IMO (International Maritime Organization) approved by the MSC (Maritime Safety Committee).

In this perspective, all seafarers will benefit from excellent training offered by the Osita training center, allowing them subsequently to exercise their profession in Morocco or abroad.

Industry cluster : Through its industry department, the Osita Company offers technical training and best practices meeting international standards, the first training includes non-destructive testing (verification methodology of manufacturing quality), intended for future control agents and technicians or welding engineers wishing to specialize in this field.

The second part of the training shall be hand-on operations; the Osita professionals bring their experience to persons wishing to become professionals in the trades of welder or pipefitter.

This includes an end of training exam. Upon successful completion, the ISO9606 international qualification will offer them the opportunity to exercise in Morocco and around the world.

Both training courses and certification shall meet international standards and shall be globally recognized and renowned in accordance with current international standards.
